Our sessions focus on promoting positive mental reinforcement, using peer-reviewed research to develop techniques that have been proven to demonstrate results within a few sessions.
In our first session we would discuss the areas you’d like to work on, the manner in which it affects you and the goals you would like to achieve during therapy. It will also be a time to explain what hypnosis is all about and how it can help you.
Each session starts with a quick check in on your progress throughout the week, we then agree on an agenda, discuss any feedback you may have on previous session, check homework and start the hypnotherapy session.
